For over 35 years Ms. Rivkind as been active in the area of Wills, Trusts and Estates and Elder Law. From drafting trusts and wills to will contests and guardianships, Ms. Rivkind has focused her uncanny attention to detail to help her clients. With the addition of attorney Morgan J. Weil, the firm has expanded its Wills, Trusts and Estates and Elder law practice. This area of law is one that Ms. Weil is truly passionate about and she focused her studies and experience in this area throughout law school and beyond.
