Shari A. Rivkind

Ms. Rivkind is the mastermind behind The Medicine Ball™ event, "The No Sweat" Workshop, as well as all the informational books published by The Rivkind Law Firm. Known in the field as "The Shell Answer Woman" or "The Queen of Pip," Ms. Rivkind has an unusual grasp on the myriad of laws that are applicable in the Pip setting and keeps up on new developments. More surprising to many is that she often answers her own phone, is readily available to answer clients' and staff members' questions, and even attends the hearings herself.

Morgan J. Weil

Young fresh attorney Morgan graduated from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2019. During law school, Morgan interned at New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG) as an elder law intern and helped low-income individuals execute medical directives, power of attorneys, and simple wills. Thereafter, Morgan worked for attorney James D. Rice, Esq. of The Rice Law Group, a firm specializing in Estate Planning, working with complicated estates and frequenting the surrogate’s courts in New York City.
